St. Elmo Fort

First, we cleared the decades-old debris, vegetation, steel and asbestos. Then extensive and coordinated restoration, replacement and repair works were conducted on the facades, internal walls, ceilings, soft stone, floor tiles & concrete surfaces, flagstones, timber and metal apertures, rainwater pipes, as well as fixed urban features such as steel ladders and hooks. We also waterproofed the roofs.

The job entailed two other crucial tasks. We closely liaised with and did preparatory work for the mechanical, electrical, infrastructural and works contractors. In addition, we accurately documented all our restoration interventions.
